Anasazi Beans
(the ancient ones) - were found in the cliff dwellings of the
Anasazi Indians in the Four Corners area. They make a
delicious main or side dish.
Autumn Blend

favorite in South America and the Caribbean. Excellent

Chestnut Lima
Bean - These are not

a nutty flavor and the creamy texture of mashed potatoes.
Great Northern Beans -
a small white bean with a slightly nutty taste. It makes a
delicious soup. This bean probably originated in Peru or Mexico
but is now one of the most widely used beans in the United
States.
Moqui Mix - a
delightful tasty blend of 11 specially selected beans. A
perfect accent for any table, any time.
Rattlesnake Beans
- These beans look like a dark brown Pinto. The pods grow
like a snake thus the name Rattlesnake.
Red Lentil -
easily digested and popular in East Indian cuisine. The
red lentils are great with rice, vegetables, or served alone
as a nutritious meals.
Yellow Split Pea
- This soup has a delicately, mild flavor. It's light creamy
texture and taste will delight the whole family.
